I'm not sure exactly what or...Nice job crusher! I'm not sure exactly what or where the monkey face is in Bend, but all the rocks in that area are volcanic rocks. Mainly ash deposits with a few interspersed lava flows and pyroclastic debris (which is just bigger chunks of material that got blown up). It's probably some sort of volcanic tuff (forms from hot ash from an eruption).
